Inspired by nature, my paintings vividly reflect the breath-taking colours and shapes I see daily in the local environment I am privileged to enjoy. My collection encompasses the vibrant colours, floral forms and natural contours to reflect nature at its most beautiful.
About Me
Originally from Oxfordshire, I am now based on the fringes of the Lincolnshire fens, in a small village. The constant chirp of birdsong, the picturesque village beck, the ever changing fields and fresh air inspires me to capture the essence of the outdoor environment on canvas.
I love the fluctuation of the seasons and the Lincolnshire laid back way of life. I happily spend much of my days in my studio surrounded by oil paints and mess. Creating order from the chaos, in the form of beautiful flower representations, is hugely satisfying.
I love running, travelling, and experiencing as many new things as possible. Day to day I can be found dancing and singing around my kitchen whilst preparing slow cooked meals for myself and my young daughters.
On the weekends when I am not busy with photography shoots, I am constantly looking for new ideas for my paintings – always hunting for new inspiration in the created world all around.
